Heart Share’s SMALL MARKET STATION SUMMIT is an event designed to help you as a leader in a smaller market better tell your story to your donors, partners, and supporters so as to steward the resources that have been given to them. Informal conversational sessions will include content that will help you learn to tell their stories, find out what a partner really wants (and needs) to hear, and how to take your story and gain support for your cause.

Hotel Check In

The event will take place at BREAKERS MYRTLE BEACH RESORT on January 8-11, 2025 (Thursday breakfast-Friday evening). The resort address is 2104 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. The resort phone is 843-386-5602. Please mention you are booking in the Heart Share Group block to receive the group discount. You have until December 9, 2024 to receive this discount.

Check in will not be until after 4PM at The Breakers Resort. You are welcome to come by before 4PM check-in to drop off your luggage, and go back out to grab dinner, and then return.

Arrival

Fly into Myrtle Beach International Airport. Once you have arrived, you will need to get transportation to the hotel, The Breakers Resort, which is 5 miles away from the airport.

Attendees

A list of the attendees will be sent out soon so you can see who is coming and begin praying for the rest of our group. We have people coming from all over the country.

Meals

Dinner on your own on Wednesday (please plan your arrival in time to get dinner on your own)

Breakfast is available on Thursday and Friday morning in the hotel lobby.

Lunch and Dinner on BOTH Thursday and Friday will be provided by the conference.

If you have special dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly.

Free time

We will have a lot of intentional sessions and time together as well as planned free time, both time alone, and time together as a group.

Other Expenses

The only additional expenses you will need to prepare for is any souvenirs or extra events not included. Please make plans for Wednesday evening dinner on your own.

Here’s who’s speaking in 2025!

Bill Sammons

Bill Sammons is a native of Milton and has spent his whole life in Delaware. He studied Journalism at Del Tech, and has worked in mainstream radio and TV stations in Salisbury, MD and Wilmington, DE.

In 1990, he built Delaware’s first Christian radio station, and he had the rare opportunity to do it all again with The Bridge in 2010. Bill also owns a video production company, and he enjoys playing golf, reading and traveling.

He’s married to Julie and he has two adult sons, Josh & Nick, two adult daughters, Lola & Nadiya, and a 13-year old daughter, Mary.

Todd Stach

Todd Stach brings 30+ years of radio experience to help people and brands build confidence, discover their full potential, and find their competitive difference.

Jason SHARP

Jason Sharp has devoted his life’s work to the calling placed on his heart at the age of 18, to passionately serve God through the ministry of Christian radio.

Jason and his family followed that call in 2007 when they relocated from Tennessee to Minnesota in order to be a part of the Northwestern family. Jason currently serves as Sr. Vice President for Media.

Jason, and his wife, Julie, have been married for 20 years and they have two children, Haley and Carson. They make their home in Andover, Minnesota and attend Constance Evangelical Free Church.

Tom LEwis

Tom Lewis has raised tons of money to help provide vulnerable children in Guatemala, Haiti, Nicaragua, and other countries with life saving resources like food, spiritual development and education to help them thrive. His heart for people is contagious and he will share how connecting with donors is so important.

Jon Hamilton

Jon Hamilton serves as a veteran in the industry creating Christian FM and Smart Suite to stations with talent, music, and more to help with localization and connection.
